For the New Year, I wanted to take a hard look at my complete life and try to achieve more JOY this year.

Perhaps many of us have too many distractions and clutter: physical and emotional.

To begin, I started with a little experiment.  I purposefully went through our house and removed 10 items from each room.  You'd be shocked at what seems like a small effort making such a big difference!  It also cleared my mind.

Next, I began turning off my phone at 8pm.  Reading more, watching less TV.  I am sleeping better than ever!

Multitasking is not necessarily good, but focusing on what is happening NOW and living in the moment can enhance focus and productivity.

Let's work on what's really important in 2019.  Free yourself to dream.... maybe a vacation home in FL??
